  • No, Ohana Counseling Services provides therapy exclusively through our secure online platform.

  • Your first appointment with us is primarily focused on getting to know you and understanding your needs. During this intake session, your therapist will review the paperwork you've completed beforehand, discuss confidentiality and practice policies, and gather information about your current concerns, personal history, and goals for therapy.

This is also your opportunity to ask questions and determine if the therapist is a good fit for you. Together, you'll begin developing a personalized treatment plan to address your specific needs. Our aim is to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences.
